    What are your hours of operation?
    Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Our customer service telephone center is open from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (M-F) & 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Sat.) EST. All submitted emails are immediately transmitted to our customer care staff's mobile devices 24 hours/day.

    Where is your company located?
    We are headquartered in Middlesex County, New Jersey and our main warehouse facility is in Rockland County, New York.

    How do I place an order?
    The quickest and preferred method is to use our secure website. Its easy-to-follow menus will speed you through the order process. However, if you want to place a telephone order, our cheerful staff are available to assist you. You will receive an immediate order confirmation via email.

    What are my payment options?
    For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. PayPal allows the option of having your payment debited from your bank's checking account.

    When will my order ship and when can I expect it?
    Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours. If an item is on backorder you will be notified and given an anticipated ship date. At that point, you have the option to cancel the backordered item. Domestic items ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS and normally arrive 2-6 business days after shipment. UPS and FedEx tracking numbers are given upon request. Rush service is available.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes - we ship worldwide! Please call for a shipping quote.

    Can I cancel an order?
    Once an order is placed we work extremely hard to get the order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We will attempt to stop your order before it ships but we can not make any guarantees. The best way to contact us to stop an order is by email. Please include your name and order number. If your order is successfully stopped you will receive a cancellation email.

    How do I return an item?
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of order shipment. A Return Authorization Number is required. Please see our return policy for complete details.
